Supported Community-Based Employment
In this program, EnableUtah job coaches help participants find a great job in the community that is suited to their unique abilities and specific needs. Job coaches work with participants and their employer to ensure success and fulfillment in the workplace.

The Details
EnableUtah partners with Vocational Rehabilitation and DSPD (Division of Services for People with Disabilities) to provide community-based supported employment. Our Job Coaches work with the participant from day one to help them identify their dream job, then, together they go out and get it! They stick with the participant after they're hired to help with the skills and resources needed to be successful. They act as a liaison between the participant and the employer to make sure both parties are happy.
