Paid In-House Job Training 

At our facility in Ogden, Utah, EnableUtah participants work on many diverse contracts performing valuable services for local businesses while earning a performance-based wage. People who work together at EnableUtah enjoy a great sense of community in a safe, nurturing environment.

The Details

This program runs every weekday and is perfect for individuals of all abilities. Participants learn the skills they need to thrive while earning a paycheck. They are assigned a Case Manager/Training Floor Supervisor who will provide loving support everyday. Participants work on an assortment of contracts helping local businesses with quality control, packaging, assembly and more. 

Clients who participate in this program usually have DSPD (Division of Services for People with Disabilities) to cover the cost of training and support. A private pay option is available based on a sliding scale to ensure everyone has access to our great program.
