Doug started working with EnableUtah in 2003. He began as a supervisor overseeing the company's janitorial contracts. Over the years, he became the Project Manager for the company's federal, state, and private contracts where he was the primary point of contact for contract negotiations and oversight. This experience has made him a key figure involved with navigating State and Federal regulations as they apply to contract work. Doug has been thankful for the opportunity he has had to teach and assist people with disabilities on these contracts. He is also very thankful for those in the community who have been so welcoming and supportive to EnableUtah's vision. When the opportunity arose in 2025 to become the Client Services Director, he accepted the position with an aspiration that his acquired skills and past experiences could be applicative in helping an extended province of people with disabilities become included and accepted in the community.
