Jim Baima
Client Services Director
Jim has been with EnableUtah for over 11 years. He has dedicated his life to helping individuals with disabilities learn how to thrive at work in the community. Jim takes the time to sit with every individual under his program to determine their unique strengths and pair them with a job that is customized for them. Jim and his team continue to work with individuals and their workplace supervisors to ensure a positive experience for all. Jim enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.
